Traveling through Europe was a big part of my childhood. I was fortunate enough to get to travel a lot as a kid, and this is something I am very grateful for now as an adult. Every summer we would drive across Europe, with the French Riviera as our final destination. Along the way we would make several stops, allowing us to explore big, well-known cities but also less familiar places (for better or worse).

In the last few years I have unfortunately been a whole lot less explorative when it comes to European destinations, but I definitely realize the need of getting better at exploring the places closer to home.
